Yes with both neurotoxin and filler you can expect some bruising and swelling, more so with filler. Hang in there though, after a few days the swelling will go down and the bruising will heal.

With any injection, you may feel some discomfort. I do use numbing cream and ice packs for the sensitive spots that do help reduce the discomfort. Rest assured, it is minimal, brief, and the results are well worth it!
